This kit utilizes magnetic nanoparticle-based solid-phase nucleic acid enrichment technology, combining high-performance magnetic beads with a unique buffer system for optimal performance. After lysing bacterial cells, the released DNA efficiently binds to the surface of the magnetic beads. Following washing to remove impurities, high-quality plasmid DNA is obtained. It is designed for processing 1-5 mL fresh E. coli cuLtures, with a maximum binding capacity of 20-25 μg plasmid DNA. The entire extraction process can be completed in 20-25 minutes. Plasmid yield depends on factors such as plasmid copy number, host strain, lysis efficiency, and bacterial cell concentration. The purified plasmids are compatible with standard molecuLar cloning workflows, including restriction digestion, PCR amplification, DNA sequencing.
