BiOligo's next-generation sequencing (NGS) Library Prep Kit combines DNA fragmentation, end repair, and dA-tailing into a single step. The resulting products do not require purification and can be directly used for adapter ligation. This kit enables the conversion of 100 pg to 1 μg of template DNA into libraries specifically designed for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. It is suitable for PCR and PCR-Free library construction.
