miRNA (microRNA) is a class of endogenous small non-coding RNA, with a length of about 17-25 bp, which can bind to target mRNA specifically, cause target mRNA degradation or inhibit its translation, and thus participate in the post-transcriptional regulation of genes. miRNA participates in multiple gene regulation pathways, from embryonic development, viral defense, hematopoiesis, organ formation, cell proliferation and apoptosis, lipid metabolism to tumor growth. miRNA plays an important role in a series of physiological and pathological processes, and is screened as a reliable disease biomarker. In addition, scientists are currently trying to change the function of miRNA, develop new mechanisms of action, such as regulating genomic expression, so that it may become an effective intervention and treatment for diseases.

Ordering Tips

1. Customers need to provide all miRNA mimic, inhibitor, precursor of human, mouse and rat in the latest miRBase database, specific ID information (if mature miRNA is required, it needs to be clearly noted whether to do 3p or 5p);

2. If other species of miRNA mimic, inhibitor, precursor and mature miRNA not included in miRBase are customized, customers need to provide specific sequence information;

3. The minimum order quantity is 5 nmol, and the minimum order quantity of modified customized miRNA is 5 nmol.
