RNase Inhibitor is a recombinantly expressed murine-derived RNase inhibitor using the E. coli expression system ,with a molecular weight of 50 KDa . RNase Inhibitor specifically binds to RNase A, B and C in a non-competitive way at the same ratio and inhibits the activity of all three RNase. And the reaction is reversible, with urea and sulfhydryl reagents able to dissociate the complex, deactivate the inhibitor and reinitiate RNase.
