BecuNGS® Methyl-seq ssDNA Library Prep Kit for illumina is a next-generation ssDNA methylation library preparation kit specifically designed for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. This kit is suitable for library construction using single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) samples treated with bisulfite, and it can convert 10 pg to 200 ng of bisulfite-converted and re-quantified ssDNA templates into libraries compatible with the Illumina sequencing platform. The kit is highly compatible with bisulfite-treated DNA from various sources and input amounts, such as gDNA, FFPE DNA, cell-free DNA (cfDNA), and ChIP DNA. It can accommodate DNA fragments as short as 40 bp, making it an ideal choice for constructing libraries from challenging and precious samples.
