The BecuNGS® DNA&RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina is a next-generation DNA&RNA co-library kit developed and designed for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. The kit includes reverse transcription, double-strand synthesis, DNA fragmentation, adapter ligation, and library amplification reagents. The optimized reaction system is compatible with DNA, RNA and mixed sample library construction, and the samples containing RNA can be directly fragmented without magnetic bead purification after double-strand synthesis, which greatly reduces the cost and time of library preparation. At the same time, this kit combines DNA fragmentation, end repair and end addition of dA tail into one step, and the product does not need to be purified, and the adapter is directly ligated, which shortens the library preparation time. 100 pg-1 μg template DNA can be converted into libraries dedicated to Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms, suitable for PCR and PCR-free library construction. This kit has high library conversion efficiency, is compatible with low initial sample input, and can be used for mNGS samples.
