BecuNGS® Universal End Preparation Module for Illumina is a next-generation universal end repair module developed by BIOligo for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. This module efficiently repairs the ends of fragmented DNA ranging from 100 pg to 1 µg. The repaired products contain a 5' phosphate group and a 3' dA overhang, and can be directly used for adapter ligation without purification. This end repair module exhibits high repair efficiency for various types of sample inputs, with strict quality control standards, ensuring excellent stability and reproducibility of experimental results. The module adopts a single-tube library preparation approach, combining all reagents for end repair into one tube, making the reaction process convenient and rapid. It is compatible with automated library preparation devices and can be applied in various scenarios.
