This plasmid extraction kit employs a conventional alkaline lysis method and utilizes a DNA-binding column for selective recovery of plasmid DNA. It is designed for processing 5-15 mL fresh E. coli cultures, with a maximum binding capacity of 65-100 μg plasmid DNA. The entire extraction process takes only 20-25 minutes, with the final endotoxin content of the plasmid approximately 0.1±0.03 EU/μg. Plasmid yield depends on factors such as plasmid copy number, host strain, lysis efficiency, and bacterial cell concentration. The purified plasmids are compatible with standard molecuLar cloning workflows, including restriction digestion, PCR amplification, DNA sequencing, and common cell transfection (such as 293T and CHO cells) .
