BioZues® III Lyoble Reverse Transcriptase is kind of a new reverse transcriptase obtained by genetic engineering on the basis of M-MLV (H-) Reverse Transcriptase. With a much higher thermal stability, it can withstand reaction temperature above 50℃, making it applicable to reverse transcription of RNA template with complex secondary structure. At the same time, the enzyme enhances the affinity with template, and is suitable for reverse transcription of few templates and low-copy genes. In addition, it can better synthesize full-length cDNA, and cDNA up to 10 kb can be amplified. This product can be used for the preparation of freeze-dried preparations.
