BLG Universal Blocker-ILL is a universal blocking sequence suitable for Illumina sequencing platform. Minimize off-target effects of capture probes and increase the specificity of capture sequencing.

This product is suitable for blocking libraries containing double-ended 6 & 8 nt UDI-UMI barcode adapters.
