Product Details

100 bp DNA Ladder consists of 100 bp, 200 bp, 300 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp , 800 bp, 900 bp, 1000 bp composed of 10 linear double-stranded DNA fragments. When taking 5 μl for electrophoresis, the 500 bp band is an indicator band with a content of about 120 ng, and the other bands have a content of about 50 ng.
