50 bp DNA Ladder consists of 14 linear double-stranded DNA fragments , from 50 bp, 100 bp, 150 bp, 200 bp, 250 bp, 300 bp, 350 bp , 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp and 1000 bp. When taking 5 μl for electrophoresis, the 500 bp and 250 bp bands are indicator bands with a content of about 100 ng, and the content of other bands is about 40 ng.
