Product Details

This product contains hot-start Taq enzyme, dNTP, Buffer, and Mg²⁺. It optimizes the amplification of complex templates in a targeted manner, significantly improves the amplification specificity, and can obtain excellent amplification line types in a wide quantitative range. The target gene is accurately quantified and detected, with good repeatability and high reliability. Suitable for qPCR reactions with complex templates. Compared with ordinary qPCR, it has stronger amplification performance for complex templates, and generally can obtain good amplification products.
