2× BioZues® HS Taq Universal SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix is a special qPCR reagent for SYBR Green dye method. Its core component is an antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, combined with an optimized buffer system and a PCR reaction promoter, it has the advantages of good stability, high specificity and high amplification efficiency, and can effectively inhibit non-specific amplification. It can accurately quantify templates in different concentration ranges, and obtain stable and reliable qPCR results.
