2× BioZues® HS Taq U+ Multiple Master Mix (Probe qPCR) is an anti-pollution, ready-to-use, general-purpose fluorescent quantitative PCR master mix with a concentration of 2X. Its core component, BioZues® HS DNA Polymerase, is an antibody-blocked Taq DNA Polymerase, which has the advantages of good stability, high sensitivity and high amplification efficiency. With the unique PCR buffer, the concentration of hot-start DNA polymerase, UNG enzyme, dUTP Mix (A/G/C/U) and Mg2+ is optimized, which can easily handle multiple fluorescent quantitative PCR systems.
