BioZues® Heat-labile UNG enzyme can catalyze the hydrolysis of uracil bases in DNA chains containing uracil and release free uracil, which is often used to eliminate PCR, qPCR, RT-qPCR Aerosol pollution caused by amplification. Compared with ordinary E.coli UNG, thermosensitive UNG is more sensitive to temperature, it can work at room temperature, and can be inactivated above 50°C.
