BioZues® RNase Inhibitor, Murine (40 U/μl) is a recombinantly expressed murine RNase inhibitor with a molecular weight of 50 KDa using the E. coli expression system, which can be noncompetitively bound to RNase A, B, and C in a 1:1 ratio and inhibit the activity of these three enzymes.  This product is not effective against RNase 1, RNase T1, S1 nucleases, RNase H, or RNases derived from Aspergillus. Murine RNase inhibitors do not contain cysteine that is sensitive to oxidation in the amino acid sequence and therefore have higher antioxidant activity compared to human or porcine inhibitors.

Advantages

Inhibits a variety of RNase activities, suitable for high-concentration DTT reactions, such as RT-qPCR.
