BecuNGS® Fast DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina is a new generation enzyme-digested library preparation kit for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. This kit combines DNA fragmentation, end repair, and dA tailing into one step. The fragmentation product does not need to be purified, and can be directly ligated with adapters. It can convert 100 pg-1 μg template DNA into a special library for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform, suitable for Construction of PCR and PCR-Free libraries.

This kit is perfectly compatible with DNA from different sources and different input amounts, and you only need to adjust the fragmentation time according to the size of the target insert to get the required fragment size Libraries can be used for animal whole blood DNA, animal and plant tissue DNA, cell DNA and other samples. This product can be applied to whole genome sequencing, whole exome or other targeted capture sequencing, and metagenomic sequencing.
