Leveraging an automated plasmid preparation platform, BiOligo provides high-quality plasmid DNA preparation services. We ensure the one-time extraction of over 10 μg of high-quality plasmid from various raw materials. The extracted plasmids are free from protein, residual genomic DNA, and RNA contamination, with transfection-grade DNA meeting low endotoxin concentration requirements.

Synthesis Requirements
-
Plasmid DNA should be ≥1 μg with sufficient purity, a clear electrophoresis profile, and relevant sequencing information.
-
The bacterial culture provided should be viable and delivered according to specifications.
-
If the plasmid carries resistance to antibiotics other than ampicillin, penicillin, kanamycin, or chloramphenicol, the antibiotic type and working concentration must be provided.
