Product Details

This medium is rich in nutrition and free of animal ingredients. It is mainly used for E. coli culture, such as plasmid amplification and extraction in molecular biology experiments. For high-copy carriers such as pUC57, pCDNA3.1 and pEASYT1, the yield has been significantly increased by 2-4 times. For pET series, pBR322 and other low copy carrier can achieve the extraction effect of conventional LB medium. At the same time, this medium is better than other conventional media for E. coli culture, such as TB, 2YT, etc. This product has two components, component A is divided into non-sterile solid, component B is divided into sterile liquid, if the first use please refer to the instructions.
