crRNA

crRNA (CRISPR-derived RNA) binds to tracrRNA through base pairing to form the tracrRNA/crRNA complex, which guides the nuclease Cas9 protein to cut double-stranded DNA at the sequence target site paired with crRNA. The two RNAs, crRNA and tracrRNA, can be artificially engineered to form a guide gRNA that directs Cas9 to targeted DNA cleavage. The BiOligo crRNA synthesis service can rapidly exert gene editing effects, reduce off-target rates, and improve transfection efficiency to better meet your experimental needs.
