The T7 High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit optimizes the transcription reaction system. The T7 RNA polymerase uses linear double stranded DNA containing the T7 promoter as a template and NTP as a substrate to transcribe the DNA sequence downstream of the promoter. Easy and fast access to large amounts of RNA.The T7 High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit can be used to transcribe unlabeled RNA, with a 0.1-1 ug template, producing 150-200 ug of RNA. The RNA synthesized by transcription can be used for downstream studies such as RNA structure and function studies, RNA enzyme protection, probe hybridization, RNAi, microinjection, and in vitro translation.

Using four different DNA templates, the BiOligo T7 RNA In Vitro Transcription Kit successfully produced RNA transcripts of corresponding sizes. The reaction was completed with a two-hour incubation at 37°C.
