BioZues® 1 kb DNA Ladder consists of 250 bp, 500 bp, 750 bp, 1000 bp, 1500 bp, 2000 bp, 2500 bp, 3000 bp, 4000 bp, 5000 bp, 6000 bp, 8000 bp, 12000 bp composed of 13 linear double-stranded DNA fragments. When taking 5 μl of electrophoresis, the 1500 bp and 4000 bp bands are the indicator bands, with a content of about 80 ng, and the other bands are about 30 ng.
