BioZues® 500 bp DNA Ladder consists of 8 linear double-stranded DNA fragments of 500 bp, 1000 bp, 1500 bp, 2000 bp, 2500 bp, 3000 bp, 4000 bp, 5000 bp composition. When 5 μl was taken for electrophoresis, the 2500 bp band was the indicator band with a content of about 100 ng, and the other bands had a content of about 40 ng.
