BioZues® Ⅲ Multiplex One Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit is a one-step RT-qPCR kit using RNA as a template (such as RNA virus). The reverse transcription and qPCR reactions are completed in one tube, without additional tube opening and pipetting operations, which greatly improves the detection throughput and reduces the risk of contamination. This kit integrates the superior performance of BioZues® Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase and BioZues® HS Multiplex Taq DNA Polymerase, and with the optimized buffer system, it can easily handle multiple detection systems.
