Product Details

This product is expressed by a recombinant strain containing E.coli UNG gene and obtained through multi-step purification, it can effectively hydrolyze single strands or uracil on double-stranded DNA, but inactive on oligonucleotides of less than 6 nt and inactive on RNA. Commonly used to eliminate aerosol contamination in PCR amplification.
