Product Details
BioZues® HS Multiplex Taq DNA Polymerase is an antibody-blocked Taq DNA Polymerase derived from Thermus Aquaticus, a heat-resistant DNA polymerase. It has 5'-3' DNA polymerase activity and 5'-3' exonuclease activity, can maintain strict sealing at 55°C, minimize non-specific amplification, 95°C for 2 min Activate enzyme activity to ensure high amplification efficiency of the PCR system, suitable for hot-start multiplex PCR and hot-start probe method multiplex qPCR.
Advantages
High amplification efficiency, good stability, high sensitivity, low non-specific amplification.
Product Data
Under multiplex qPCR conditions, the detection of four monkeypox virus gene targets was performed using a probe-based assay across the FAM (blue), VIC-SQ (green), ROX (orange), and CY5 (red) fluorescence channels. Plasmid DNA was serially diluted to 106, 105, 104, and 103 copies per 10 μL.
The amplification curves showed clear and consistent signals for all channels and at all dilution levels. These results demonstrate that SE0402 offers both high sensitivity and stable performance in multiplex detection assays.
- Accelerated Stability Test
An accelerated stability test was conducted at 37°C, with the reagent's performance evaluated on days 0, 3, and 7. To assess amplification efficiency, we used serial dilutions of plasmid DNA (10⁶, 10⁵, 10⁴, and 10³ copies per 10 μL) as templates.
The assay was performed in both singleplex and multiplex qPCR systems. The results showed that the reagent maintained consistent amplification performance over the entire period, indicating excellent stability even under elevated temperature conditions.
