Product Details

BioZues® Taq DNA Polymerase is derived from Thermus Aquaticus, a thermostable DNA polymerase. It has 5'-3' DNA polymerase activity and 5'-3' exonuclease activity, no 3'-5' exonuclease activity. The PCR product amplified by this product has an "A" base attached to its 3' end, which can be directly used for TA cloning. The enzyme has the advantages of high purity, good stability, high sensitivity, and high amplification efficiency, and is suitable for ordinary PCR and probe-based qPCR.
