Housekeeping genes are frequently used as internal reference genes in RT-qPCR experiments. TaqMan endogenous controls were used to quantify gene expression and thereby normalize the amount of sample RNA or DNA in a reaction. BiOligo provides a number of fluorescent probes for housekeeping gene detection in human, rat and mouse. The controls are simple to use after dissolving with nuclease-free water or appropriate buffer.
