Product Data
- High transfection efficiency
For siRNA Transfection
As shown in Figure 1, the BGP NAM11 transfection reagent demonstrated high transfection efficiency for siRNA in a variety of cell lines. This was achieved using 1 μL of reagent to deliver 15 pmol of FAM-labeled siRNA in a 24-well plate, with results observed after 48 hours.
For Plasmid DNA Transfection
As shown in Figure 2, the BGP NAM11 transfection reagent also delivered high transfection efficiency for plasmid DNA in a variety of cell lines. The results were obtained using 1 μL of reagent to deliver 0.5 μg of EGFP plasmid DNA in a 24-well plate, with results observed after 48 hours.
As shown in Figure 3, a cell counter analysis after 72 hours of transfection confirms that BGP NAM11 consistently demonstrates low cytotoxicity, ensuring high cell viability.
Cases
In a direct comparison, our product achieved approximately twice the transfection efficiency of Thermo Fisher's in primary mouse hepatocytes, using the same interference sequence.
In a test conducted by a hospital customer, our “siRNA Guarantee Package (1/3)”—paired with the NAM11 transfection reagent—was used to target hepatocellular carcinoma 7860 cells. The experiment achieved an impressive interference efficiency of over 85%.
