"TE" consists of common pH buffer solution Tris and positive ion chelating agent EDTA; Low TE buffer solution contains a small amount of EDTA (0.1mM) to stabilize the storage of DNA and RNA; it applies to resuspended and purified plasmids, compatible sequencing and other enzyme applications.
