Product Details

This product contains T4 DNA Polymerase, T4 DNA Polymerase buffer and dNTP mix. T4 DNA Polymerase has 5'-3' DNA polymerase activity, and can synthesize DNA in 5'-3' direction when DNA template and primer exist. It has 3'-5' exonuclease activity, which is stronger than Escherichia coli DNA Polymerase I activity. T4 DNA Polymerase, which contains no 5'-3' exonuclease activity, is suitable for DNA end smoothing, 3’ end labeling by displacement synthesis, etc.
