Product Details

Nuclease-free water (non-DEPC treatment) is obtained by a three-step process of deionization, high temperature autoclave sterilization, and aseptic filtration, and is detected to be RNase/Dnase and protease free. It can be used in cDNA synthesis, in vitro transcription, RNA extraction and other reaction systems. Some applications that have been shown to be sensitive to residual DEPC (such as oocyte microinjection) recommend using water that has not been treated with DEPC.

Advantages

It is prepared by three steps of deion, high temperature autoclave and aseptic filtration, and does not contain RNase/Dnase and protease.
