6×BioZues® DNA Loading Buffer with SDS is mainly composed of glycerin, EDTA, SDS, orange G and xylene cyanol FF. Glycerin can increase the sample density, making the sample density greater than TAE/TBE, thereby settling into the sample hole and preventing the sample from floating out of the sample hole. SDS mainly promotes the denaturation of the polymerase, because the undepleted polymerase will bind to the DNA double strand and affect its migration rate. The indicator orange G and xylene cyanine FF play the role of indicating, showing the progress of electrophoresis, so as to terminate the electrophoresis in time.
