BioZues® 100 bp DNA Ladder consists of 10 strips of 100 bp, 200 bp, 300 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, 1000 bp Composed of linear double-stranded DNA fragments. When taking 5 μl for electrophoresis, the 500 bp band is an indicator band with a content of about 120 ng, and the other bands have a content of about 50 ng.
