BioZues® 50 bp DNA Ladder consists of 50 bp, 100 bp, 150 bp, 200 bp, 250 bp, 300 bp, 350 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, 1000 bp 14 linear double-stranded DNA fragments. When taking 5 μl for electrophoresis, the 500 bp and 250 bp bands are indicator bands with a content of about 100 ng, and the content of other bands is about 40 ng.
