BioZues® Ⅲ Multiplex One Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit (UNG plus) is a one-step RT-qPCR kit using RNA as a template (such as RNA virus). The reverse transcription and qPCR reactions are completed in one tube, no additional tube opening and pipetting operations are required, which greatly improves the detection throughput and reduces the risk of contamination. The dUTP/UNG anti-contamination system is introduced in this kit. Heat-labile UNG can rapidly degrade U-containing pollutants at room temperature. When reverse transcription is performed at 50°C, Heat-labile UNG is rapidly inactivated without affecting the efficiency and sensitivity of RT-qPCR.

Functional Validation

We performed four-channel multiplex amplification (FAM/VIC/ROX/Cy5) with SM0201, using total cellular RNA as the template.

Thermal Stability Test

To test the thermal stability of SM0201, the product was stored at 37°C and then tested on days 0, 3, 7, and 10 under standard amplification conditions.

The results showed that Ct values remained stable across all time points, with no significant drift. This confirms that SM0201 has high thermal stability, which ensures consistent performance even after extended storage or during transport.
