BioZues® HS DNA Polymerase is antibody-blocked Taq DNA Polymerase, which is a thermostable DNA polymerase. It has 5'-3' DNA polymerase activity and 5'-3' exonuclease activity, no 3'-5' exonuclease proofreading activity. The PCR product amplified by this product has an "A" base attached to its 3' end, which can be directly used for TA cloning. It can maintain strict sealing at 55°C to minimize non-specific amplification, and activate enzyme activity at 95°C for 2 minutes to ensure high amplification efficiency of the PCR system.
