STR Primer
Short Tandem Repeat (STR) primers are DNA sequences composed of 1-6 nucleotide units that are repeated in tandem in the genome. Currently, fluorescence-labeled detection techniques based on STR analysis are extensively used in genetic mapping, linkage analysis, parentage testing, disease gene localization, and studies of species polymorphism. The stability of the fluorescent group significantly affects the interpretation of the detection results. BiOligo has developed an independent synthesis process for STR probes, greatly enhancing the stability of fluorescent labeling.
Advantages
- Special anti-fall-off synthesis process ensures the stability of fluorescent groups, effectively avoiding interference in result interpretation.
- Accurate quantification to prevent non-specific amplification.
- GMP-level production environment to eliminate anthropogenic pollution.
- Comprehensive fluorescent group modifications for flexible selection.
- Multiple purification options, including RP-HPLC, IE-HPLC, DHPLC, etc.
