STR Primer
Short Tandem Repeat (STR) primers are DNA sequences consisting of 1–6 nucleotide units repeated in tandem within the genome. Currently, fluorescence-labeled detection methods based on STR analysis are widely applied in genetic mapping, linkage analysis, parentage identification, disease gene localization, and studies of species polymorphism.
The stability of fluorescent labels plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate interpretation of detection results. BiOligo has developed an independent synthesis process for STR probes, significantly improving the stability and consistency of fluorescent labeling.
Advantages
- Special fluorescent label stabilization synthesis ensures stable fluorescent groups, effectively avoiding interference with result interpretation.
- Accurate quantification helps prevent non-specific amplification.
- A GMP-compliant production environment minimizes human contamination.
- Comprehensive fluorescent label modifications for flexible application.
- Multiple purification options available, including RP-HPLC, IE-HPLC, DHPLC, and more.
