This product contains BioZues® S705 High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and an optimized reaction buffer. BioZues® S705 High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is an engineered enzyme obtained through directed evolution, offering 70-fold higher fidelity compared to conventional Taq polymerase and a fivefold faster extension rate than Pfu polymerase. The pre-formulated Master Mix allows PCR amplification by simply adding primers, template, and water, ensuring convenient operation, increased throughput, and improved reproducibility. In addition, the mix is supplemented with unique extension and specificity-enhancing factors, significantly improving long-fragment amplification capacity, specificity, and yield.
