Heat-labile UNG
Heat-labile UNG can catalyze the hydrolysis of uracil bases of DNA strands containing uracil and release free uracil, and is commonly used to eliminate aerosol contamination caused by PCR, qPCR, and RT-qPCR amplification. Compared with E.coli UNG, heat-labile UNG is more sensitive to temperature and can act at room temperature and be inactivated above 50°C.
