BecuNGS® UMI Adapter-UDI primers are dedicated adapters for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform DNA library construction. Each adapter kit contains 24 different barcode adapters. UMI Adapter is used for the DNA ligation step can realize the double-end UMI correction of the sequencing results and improve the sensitivity and specificity of low-frequency mutation detection. The product has undergone strict quality control and functional verification to ensure the stability of library construction and extremely low cross-contamination rate to the greatest extent. This product is suitable for the construction of multiple-sample DNA libraries on all high-throughput Illumina sequencing instrument platforms.
