Product Details
DNA polymerase derived from Thermus aquaticus is a heat-resistant DNA polymerase with 5 '-3' DNA polymerase activity and 5 '-3' exonuclease activity. The hot-start of BioZues® HS Multiplex Taq DNA Polymerase contain a mixture of Taq polymerase and a blocking antibody that binds to Taq polymerase, thereby preventing DNA synthesis at 55°C. During the initial DNA denaturation step (reaction temperature ~95°C), the antibody is denatured, activating enzyme activity and allowing DNA synthesis to proceed. The use of a hot-start PCR enzyme prevents nonspecific amplification due to mispriming and/or the formation of primer dimers during PCR assembly. This product is optimized for hot start multiple PCR, hot start probe multiple qPCR, and melt curve multiple qPCR amplification.
Advantages
High amplification efficiency, good stability, high sensitivity, low non-specific amplification; Suitable for hot start multiple PCR, hot start probe multiple qPCR, and melt curve multiple qPCR amplification.
